PC is a type of fat that helps regulate what gets in and out of your cells.
WHAT IT IS
PC is a phospholipid (a type of fat). It is one of the main components of lecithin, a substance found in all cell membranes. Lecithin plays a major role in regulating what enters and exits the cell.
