Our downtown clinic is located in the Rush Medical Corridor just north of 290 and two miles outside of the hustle and bustle of the trendy West Loop District.
Location:
1732 W Hubbard ST, Ste 2A, Chicago, IL 60622 is the only building painted black in a sea of read brick warehouses.
Parking:
Street parking around the build is free and we have dedicated spots for patients in the surface lot located at 410 N Hermitage Ave. Get Directions.

Clinic
Our Hinsdale Clinic is located in Hinsdale Medical complex next to Edwards-Elmhurst hospital right off of Ogden Ave and 294.
Location:
908 N Elm St, Ste 205, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
Suite 205 is in the back corner of the second floor. Off the elevators, turn right and follow the hallway straight to our suite.
Parking:
Valet is available at the front of the building, or feel free to park in the surface lots in front of and behind the building.
