Thymosin Alpha-1
The Immune Boosting Peptide
WHAT IT IS:
Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1) is made naturally in our thymus gland, which is responsible for generating much of our immune system. TA-1 stimulates immune response by accelerating T-cell maturation from standard white blood cells into Killer (CD8) and Helper (CD4) cells. TA-1 also balances cytokine-driven immune responses, ensuring a sufficient response to pathogens without triggering a "cytokine storm."
Additionally, because certain types of T cells fight cancer, Thymosin Alpha 1 has been shown to have anti-cancer properties in some studies. TA-1 may also combat signs of aging by slowing the age-related deterioration of the immune system and other bodily processes.
BENEFITS:
- Promotes immune response
- Antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal
- Enhances vaccine effectiveness
- Reduces chronic fatigue
WHAT IT TREATS:
- Environmental toxicity (e.g. mold or glyphosate)
- Chronic infections such as Lyme or Hepatitis B/C
- Arthritis
- Inflammation
- Cancer co-therapy (coupled with chemotherapy)
DOSING:
Doses determined by your provider are administered via subcutaneous injection 3-5 times / week.
Vials contain 30 day of treatment.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Thymosin Alpha 1 is well tolerated and has minimal side effects. Local injection area complications (bleeding, infection, irritation) may occur if not injected properly.
